I. Convention Sponsorship Opportunities
NIA is happy to announce the opportunity for companies like yours to receive valuable special recognition at the 2008 NIA-WIACO convention. Through pre-convention exposure, verbal recognition, on-site imaging and personal introductions, you can now get exposure to the industry’s top personnel by participating in this exciting opportunity. II. Registration Packet Sponsorships
NIA is pleased to offer an opportunity to include your company literature in the on-site convention bag, which is given to all attendees at the registration desk check-in.
Here’s how it works:
- Complete the form below and submit your document (one to four pages in size*) to NIA for review.
- Send your document to the convention hotel (shipping address and quantities will be provided to you). The sponsor is responsible for ensuring hotel has received material by specified date.
- NIA will insert the piece for you!

III. Golf Tournament Sponsorships
NIA is providing golf sponsorship opportunities to interested companies for the 2008 NIA-WIACO Convention Golf Tournament. The beautiful Ocean Club is the site of the May 9 tournament.
Individual Hole Sponsors (Limit 12)$150
Companies have the opportunity to sponsor a hole on the tournament course.
Sponsorship recognition: signage, and listing in the convention program and on the convention website.
Hole-in-One Sponsor (Limit One)$750
Four par-three holes will be identified by course organizers for prizes. Limit of one sponsor on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sponsorship recognition: signage on four holes of the tournament, and listing in the convention program and on the convention website.
Longest Drive Contest (Limit One)$300
This contest is run on a par-four or par-five hole, usually with a wide, straight fairway. The player with the longest tee shot in the fairway wins. Sponsorship recognition: signage, and listing in the convention program and on the convention website.
Closest to the Pin (Limit One) (Limit One)$300
This contest is run on a par-three hole. The player with a tee shot closest to the pin wins. Sponsorship recognition: signage, and listing in NIA’s on-site convention program and on the convention website.
All golf tournament sponsorship requests should be received by March 17, 2008, in order to ensure proper recognition.
